Dreams

Okay that does it, I am never going to sleep again!!!!

Last night I had the most horrible dreams ever, and they were so vivid. It seems that once again my anxiety is finding its way into my dreams. I managed to wake myself up twice and even still went back to the same kind of dreams. Dreams which were clearly about the boys (names and all), childbirth, death, and illness. I won't go into detail because I am trying like hell to get the dreams out of my head. I will say the birth in my dreams went well, although it was at 31 weeks. Both boys cried, but then it went downhill from there. Get out of my head get out of my head!!!!

I had the same kind of dreams when I was pregnant with your SIL Monica. I also won't go into details. However, Sweetie as you very well know Moni is alive, and well and an absolutely beauitful 22 year old young woman. (Good thing I didn't have to write this when she was a teenager..lol)Just remeber it was only dreams. It not unusal to go back into the same dream after waking for a bit. Sorry, you had the dreams , and please don't be afraid to fall sleep.

Love you.....mean it

I had those same dreams with each of my boys. I know they are scary but they are just dreams. Hang in there sweetie. Please make sure you get your rest.

I have even the same issues now. I find that each time I get really worried about the kids, I tend to have these dreams. Case in point. Rian is healthy as can be and doing so good, but we had to enroll him in daycare and he started today. I am concerned about him getting sick and us ending back in the hospital and in my sleep my dreams also took over. Worst stuff, but like I choose not to bring it up.

My mom explained it to me this way. Its normal. You worry the most and worst and in the most vivid horrifying ways (at times) when it comes to your babies. She also said they come up when you least expect them or when you are sure you have convinced yourself things are fine and will be fine.

I guess either way its normal but don't worry. These boys are going to be FINE! I mean come on, they already LOVE Baby Einstein music (so they are future geniuses) and they liketo make you uncomfy which means they have years and years ahead of them to be a pain in your booty! hehe.

things will be fine, but shake them off and realize it just means you love them so much its inevitable you will worry about them in ways you never imagined possible as well!
